I visited Japan in October-November 1999 upon recommendation from my brother. Japan is nice because it offers a distinctly different culture than western society, but is modern with a well developed transportation network, making travel logistics pretty easy. In four weeks I traveled through the southern half of Japan, from Tokyo down through Kyushu.
I'll be working some more on this part of the site. In the meantime
